Return Policy

AS OF JULY 25TH, 2016 THE FOLLOWING CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO OUR RETURN POLICY. LITTLE CIRCUS IS HAPPY TO OFFER FREE GROUND SHIPPING FOR ALL FULL PRICE RETURNS. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MARKED DOWN BY 20% OR MORE. ANY ITEMS DISCOUNTED BY 40% OR MORE CAN ONLY BE RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT. FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Little-Circus.com must be notified of all returns in advance. A return authorization form will be emailed to you and must be included with your return.

Please email us at contact@little-circus.com if you would like to return an item so that we can provide you with a return authorization form and free return shipping label.

 

Stroller Return Policy

  • We will send a prepaid UPS or USPS label at no cost to the customer if the return meets all of the below conditions.
  • All strollers must be returned in the original packaging, they must be returned in new condition.
  • Please make sure to include all parts, warranties, manuals and all packaging. Orders will not receive a refund if parts are missing. A 25% restocking fee will be charged if any warranties, manuals or packing is missing from the return.
  • Strollers must be returned in undamaged and in a condition that will allow them to be resold to receive a refund.
  • Test runs that result if scuffs to the wheels of strollers are not permitted.
  • Little Circus must be notified within 7 days of receipt of stroller if you would like a return authorization and a full refund will be issued.  After 7 days and up 10 days from receipt only a store credit will be issued in the full amount of the stroller purchase price, if the condition of the stroller meets the standards of our return policy.  After 10 days of receipt, strollers may not be returned under any circumstances. We allow 2 business days after you notify us of the return to actually ship back the return or your prepaid return label will be voided and a new request must be made and may not be granted.
  • Please note that damaged items must be returned within 14 days from the date your order was shipped to you to receive a refund or exchange. After 14 days only a store credit will be issued.

Refunds & Processing Time For Strollers

If your package arrives at Little Circus, LLC warehouse postmarked within the timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Little Circus, LLC.

Please note that damaged items must be returned within 14 days from the date your order was shipped to you to receive a refund or exchange. After 14 days only a store credit will be issued.


Clothing, Shoe and Accessory Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days from date shipped. After 14 days only a store credit will be issued.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  • Shoe Boxes Must Be Returned
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on purchases shipped to you.
  • We will pay for returns only if you use the prepaid return shipping label we provide.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned
  • If items are on sale for 20% or more off of their original retail price, they will not qualify for free return labels. If you would like us to send you a return label, we will deduct the amount of the return label from your refunded total. A return authorization will still be required before you mail back the return item.
  • Accessories marked down by 20% or more are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Any clothing item marked down by 50% or more are final sale.
  • Please note that damaged items must be returned within 14 days from the date your order was shipped to you to receive a refund or exchange. After 14 days only a store credit will be issued.

All returns must be sent back to Little Circus, LLC with within the timeline detailed above. Any COD returns will be refused and sent back to the customer. Please keep a tracking record to make sure we receive the return.

Toy Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days from date shipped. After 10 days only a store credit will be issued.
  • Merchandise must not be used and must be returned in original and undamaged packaging.
  • Merchandise must have all parts included with the return.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable on purchases shipped to you.
  • We will pay for returns only if you use the prepaid return shipping label we provide.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • Sonny Angel Items Cannot Be Returned.
  • Please note that damaged toy items must be returned within 10 days from the date your order was shipped to you to receive a refund or exchange. After 10 days only a store credit will be issued.
  • Plush toy items are final sale and cannot be returned.

       Bedding, Pillows, Lights and other Home Accessories

  • Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days from date shipped. After 14 days only a store credit will be issued.
  • Merchandise must not be used, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  • Must be returned in original undamaged packaging.

Art, Customized Items and Tableware Return Policy

All Art, Customized items and Tableware are final sale and can not be returned.

Gift Returns

We are happy to accommodate all gift returns except for custom ordered items.* All gift returns are subject to our standard clothing and toy return policies. Gifts can be returned for either an exchange or a store credit. We can only issue a refund to the credit card of the original purchaser of the gift order.

Clothing and Toy Exchange Policy

Exchanges are based upon product availability. If you would like to exchange an item, please notify us at contact@little-circus.com. Once received, we will ship out your exchange free of charge. Please email us to receive your free UPS return label for the return.

Please note that damaged items must be returned within 14 days from the date your order was shipped to you to receive a refund or exchange. After 14 days only a store credit will be issued.

If you purchased an item and it has gone on sale within 7 days from your purchase date, you may request a store credit for the difference.

Refunds & Processing Time

Returns postmarked late will be charged a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price of the item being returned. If we have sent you a prepaid return label, and you have not sent back your purchase, the prepaid label will be voided after 5 business days and you will then be responsible for any fees associated with sending back the return. Returns will not be accepted if postmarked after 21 days from the day the order was shipped.

International Returns. We do not currently offer free returns on any international orders. 

*Missing items. We must be notified within 48hrs of delivery if an item is missing from your order.

*Custom items such as pillows by Uptown Artworks and Prints by LittleCollector are not returnable and orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please email contact@little-circus.com with any questions about ordering custom items.
