FAQ

1) Where does Little Circus Ship?  
Little Circus is now shipping worldwide. For international customers, please email us at contact@little-circus.com to find out shipping rates on large items or toys. Most clothing will ship for a flat rate of $48 on orders shipping outside of the United States. Clothing and small toy orders ship to Canada for a flat rate of $22.00. If you would like to order an oversized item, we can ship it, but you will have to pay the actual shipping cost plus insurance. Orbit Baby products can not be shipped internationally.
2) What payments methods do you accept? We currently accept, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
3) How long do I have to return my order?
All orders can be returned within 14 days from the time they have left our warehouse. Orders postmarked for return after 14 days will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. Please see our RETURN POLICY for full information about returns. Orders will not be accepted for return after 30 days. 
4) If I am sending a gift order, can I receive a gift receipt? Yes, all gift orders only receive gift receipts without prices listed on the invoice. If the gift is shipping to you directly, you can request to have both a regular receipt and a gift receipt included with your package.

6) Can I exchange an item for a different size or item?

7) An item is missing from my order what do I do?  You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is missing from your order. Item/s will be replaced or refunded if no longer available.
8) Can I return or exchange and item that was on sale?  Yes, sale items can be returned or exchanged. Items marked as FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged.
 9) Can I return or exchange an item marked as Final Sale? Because of the large discount, items marked as FINAL SALE may not be returned or exchanged.
10) How long until I receive my refund for an item that I have returned?
If the proper return procedures are followed, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. Your bank may require additional days to process and post your transaction after they have received the refund from us.
11) Can I combine discount codes? We are sorry, but we only allow one discount code per order.
12) An item I just purchased is now on sale, can I receive a credit for the difference?
If an item you have purchased has gone on sale within 7 days from the day of your original purchase, you can request a store credit for the difference. You must email us this request as it will not be done automatically. An electronic gift card will be emailed to you.
13) How do I get notified about sales or promotions?
To be notified in advance of new merchandise, changes in shipping, sales, discounts or other offers, please sign up for our mailing list. You can opt out of our mailing list at any time. 
14) You are sold out of the size that I need, is there any way to get me that size?
If we are sold out of the size that you are looking for, please email us at contact@little-circus.com and we will see if there is any way for us to special order that item for you. Any special order pieces will be final sale.
